Privacy and Cookie Policy

Updated on 22 August 2026

This page describes, in plain language, what data this site collects, why, and what you can do about it.

Who handles your data

Rinno Films — Av. Engenheiro Luís Carlos Berrini, 936 — 7º andar, Itaim Bibi, São Paulo — SP, 04571-000, Brazil. Phone +55 11 2351-4138.

For any request about your data, reach us through the contact form or WhatsApp.

What we collect

When you fill in the contact form, we receive what you wrote there — name, email, phone and your message. We use it only to reply and to carry the conversation about your project.

As you browse, we collect audience data: pages viewed, where the visit came from, device type and approximate region. This does not identify you by name.

Measurement

Audience measurement uses Google Analytics, loaded through Google Tag Manager.

Cookies are written in your browser for this, and browsing is counted continuously across pages and visits.

The cookie notice shown on your first visit is informational: it tells you about this use, and measurement happens whether or not you dismiss it.

Third-party services

The contact form is delivered by Web3Forms, which forwards the message to our email.

We use the Meta pixel (Facebook and Instagram) to measure how our ads perform. It records your visit and writes a cookie of its own.

Videos are hosted on Vimeo and load from their servers. When you press play, Vimeo may write its own cookies.

Site fonts come from Google Fonts.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy, with rules we do not control.

How long we keep it

Form messages stay in our email for as long as the conversation makes commercial sense.

Audience data follows the retention period configured in Google Analytics.

Your rights

Brazilian data protection law (LGPD) lets you ask for confirmation of processing, access, correction, anonymisation, portability or deletion of your data.

If you want to stop the measurement, your browser lets you block third-party cookies or use a blocking extension — the site keeps working normally.
